ECCRS Dashboard

The Electronic Control Center Reporting System is a centralized platform for collecting, monitoring, and analyzing transport and hospitality data across passenger movement, manifests, incidents, revenue, hotels, and users.

Product Goal
Create one operational dashboard where transport and hospitality teams can review real-time data, identify issues, track performance, and make faster decisions.

Overview

ECCRS was designed as a control center for operational reporting. Instead of scattering transport, hotel, incident, revenue, and user records across disconnected tools, the platform organizes everything into focused dashboard modules.

As Product Manager, my role was to shape the system around the decisions users needed to make: what data should be visible, how records should be grouped, which workflows needed detail views, and how each module could support monitoring without overwhelming the operator.

I treated the dashboard as an operational decision product, not just a reporting interface. That meant defining the information hierarchy, clarifying module ownership, prioritizing the highest-value workflows, and making sure every screen answered a practical question for the teams using it.

Product Management Approach

My product management focus was to translate broad reporting needs into a dashboard structure that different stakeholders could understand quickly. I mapped the core data areas, separated monitoring workflows from administrative workflows, and shaped the product around visibility, speed, and accountability.

The biggest challenge was balancing depth with usability. ECCRS needed to support detailed records for manifests, incidents, hotels, revenue, and users, but the experience still had to feel clear at first glance. I prioritized summary views, direct paths to detail pages, and module groupings that helped operators move from signal to action without unnecessary steps.

Hotel Data

The hotel data module gives teams a structured view of hospitality records entering the system. It helps operators understand hotel activity, review submitted records, and connect accommodation data with the broader ECCRS reporting environment.

Incident Records

Incident reporting is one of the most important operational areas in ECCRS. The incident module was organized to help users review reports, compare records, inspect incident details, and monitor issues that may require urgent follow-up.

Revenue Records

The revenue area gives stakeholders a way to monitor financial records tied to transport and hospitality activity. The goal was to make revenue visibility part of the same operational reporting loop instead of a separate review process.

Manifest Reports

ECCRS supports records across road, air, rail, and hotel manifests. The manifest module was structured to help users move from high-level report lists into detailed manifest views, including road manifest details when deeper inspection is needed.

User Management

Because ECCRS supports different users and permission needs, user management was treated as a core operational feature. The interface helps administrators review user records and understand user types within the system.

Outcome

ECCRS brings transport and hospitality reporting into one structured product experience. The system supports operational monitoring, record management, incident visibility, revenue review, manifest analysis, and user administration.

From a product management perspective, the work was about turning complex data requirements into a clear interface that helps teams act faster and understand what is happening across services.
